We are committed to an open and honest fee structure for the advice and services we provide.

The cost of your advice will depend on the nature and complexity of your circumstances and the service provided.

Before providing advice, we will agree on the fees and the payment options with you. Fees may involve a fixed fee for service, commission, or a combination of both. The fixed fee is based on the expected amount of time and the level of staff required to complete the services as agreed.

To ensure your commitment to the process of reviewing your financial protection, some flat rate fees may be applicable.

For complex or comprehensive advice we would refer you to a financial adviser who specializes in your area of interest e.g. SMSF establishment, Aged care, defined benefit funds, or share trading.

Please note, that we charge a cancelation fee/no show fee of $110 if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice for a previously confirmed appointment.
